It provides customized data base for different environments which helps different teams to own their data environment without the risk of some other teams messing the data. Refreshes to quick so that you have latest data from your MDM.

CS is very easy to configure to the use that is not just out of the box. We have a very integrated SAP system which seamlessly interacts with CS.

My overall experience with OpenText's InfoFusion Discovery Platform is great. We are using it for more than 4 years and really really happy with it. It gives us new and improved ways to discover, analyze, and act on unstructured information across our company and this is amazing. I can say that my experience is amazing with this product.

Vendor was aggressive in sales stage but support was a bit slow to reslove issues. The product was quite complex and we were only given a 1 hour overview of the product as part of their quick start program. Has been over a year now and we have not yet invested the time to learn policy management feartures. More complex then we anticpated.
