I enjoyed the ability to keep detailed notes on clients and set reminders to follow up (which helped create better customer experiences). I also really enjoyed the ability to create email campaigns.
Retains data in a usable format. Usable integrations.
1. Email automation is useful. 2. Customizable templates are very handy. 3. A/B testing. 4. Analytics and reporting are convenient.
The lead time to learn the software did take a while, and I am pretty sure I was not using the full system to the best of its ability.
Exporting data for migration is an extreme challenge.
1. Additional cost for premium features. 2. Learning curve. 3. Cost is a little high.
