It's very easy to understand, Another one is we can create as many dashboards according to our need and its very easy. And the competitor analysis is very well with numbers and data, apart from this sharing response with consumer is very easy and we can switch brands with one click

1. Their commitment to ensuring Konnect insight is a core solution for all user needs regarding social listening and more. 2. Their constant effort to enhance the tool and its capabilities 3. Of course, the most important service that Konnect offers is their unwavering customer support :)

Diving into explicit socioeconomics or crusade subtleties frequently requires manual information control and trading into isolated devices.

It really has too many UI glitches if there is slow connection it will not work properly and we will have to refresh the page to get of the loading screen, there is also issues with sharing response to consumers as the response shows its failed but when we give it again it shows response given twice

While it's not a major concern, there is room for improvement in their competitor analysis dashboards. I believe there could be a more effective representation of this information.
