Pros: 1) The product excels in optimisation of work flow. 2) Its interface is user friendly and easy to navigate for new users. 3) The attentive support team and inventive features ensure seamless experience.

If we talk about the dislikes, it gives generic responses, initial set up and customization is a bit time taking process hence some responses can be misleading.

There is no roadmap for the tool. we have to ask for some functionalities which could be very common for all HR teams. But these are build separately and billed to all customers.

There are no more negative points of the product except for the 2 below. 1) It has less options for personalisation as compared to peers. 2) Sometimes the chat bot is unable to catch the requirements.
