“Tool Facilitates Collaboration and Edits but Struggles With Broader System Connectivity”
I think the platform is great for housing policies, documents and information. I just wish there was more flexibility in it talking to other systems. I think this would help us utilize the tool more if we could integrate it into other things and just make it that full one stop shop for everything.
