We've had a wonderful experience with the MangoApps platform and truly see it as a valued partner in helping us communicate more effectively across our organization. One of the things we appreciate most is its strong multichannel communication capability, which makes it easy to connect with employees wherever they are - especially through its seamless mobile-friendly experience. That flexibility has made a real difference for our team. We also love the ability to personalize notifications, which helps our messages feel more relevant, timely, and meaningful to different audiences. Perhaps most importantly, we've been incredibly pleased with Mango's openness to feedback and their genuine willingness to add our wish-list items to their innovation roadmap and execute them (which we previously struggled with on our last platform). This kind of responsiveness and collaboration gives us great confidence in the product and makes us excited about our continued partnership.

I think the platform is great for housing policies, documents and information. I just wish there was more flexibility in it talking to other systems. I think this would help us utilize the tool more if we could integrate it into other things and just make it that full one stop shop for everything.

    The team that was assigned by MangoApps to support our design, configuration, and implementation of the solution were very knowledgeable and dedicated to our success. Although the timeline for implementation was longer than anticipated, this was primarily due to our complex business requirements and the Mango team was always patient and supportive.

Like

One of the features we value most is AI content moderation, which gives our small but mighty team added confidence in managing the platform and helps ensure our intranet remains a safe, supportive place where employees can celebrate wins and ask for help. Auto Governance has also been a major differentiator for us and a significant selling point from the start. It plays an important role in helping us keep content current, relevant, and useful without placing an extra burden on our team. We were also drawn early on to the chat and messaging modules because of their potential to better connect frontline employees who are not desk-based and do not have access to Microsoft Teams. This capability has been especially meaningful as we continue to work to create the largest network of Body Techs in the country through a more connected and inclusive employee experience.

Like

I like the search ability, how it catches grammar and brings the most relevant. I also like the features made to interact with one another. I also like the edibility in everything if there are mistakes.

Like

The product's capabilities have been key. Their ability to check all of our boxes and more is what has us extremely impressed. They don't have something we need? They make it. We have questions? They answer them. The entire platform is truly customized, and our company has noticed the difference.

Dislike

What we dislike most about the MangoApps platform is that several of its most promising features stop short of being actionable or truly user-centered. The analytics reports provide useful high-level metrics like comments, reactions, views, and document downloads, but they do not go deep enough to show which resources and links are most used by each job title, making it difficult to tailor the dashboard experience in a meaningful way. Similarly, the Campaigns and Post Digests functionality lacks the level of customization we need for weekly email roundups; as an organization, we work hard to target each newsletter element to the right audience, and the current limitations make that difficult. We are also disappointed that while employees can personalize their desktop dashboard, that same flexibility is not available on mobile. Even if there are design considerations, giving end users control over their mobile home page would likely increase engagement and make the app far more valuable on personal devices.

Dislike

I just wish it could link to SAP, our site, Ecart, Social media platforms, and more control to administrators on personalizing how we use it.

I wouldn't say it's something we dislike per say, but there are SO many options. It's really overwhelming when you start and you're trying to build the best possible experience. You get it all set up and BAM - there was an easier way or another way. It's the lack of knowledge I still struggle with because the menu is so extensive. But six months in, we're getting there, day by day!
