I like the search ability, how it catches grammar and brings the most relevant. I also like the features made to interact with one another. I also like the edibility in everything if there are mistakes.
It is very easy to use and understand. It has a lot of functions. It can be adapted and integrated with other platforms.
At the moment there is nothing I dislike.
I just wish it could link to SAP, our site, Ecart, Social media platforms, and more control to administrators on personalizing how we use it.
In general the application is very good. Something challenging sometimes is to customize specific roles.
