Easy to connect with team members, and great suite of different apps available, easy to set up do not disturb filters to manage focus time and segment work schedules. However, there are sometimes where the app is buggy and won't open, so I have to delete the app and redownload. Sometimes, if someones sends an urgent message, the notification stays even after looking at the message.

I think the platform is great for housing policies, documents and information. I just wish there was more flexibility in it talking to other systems. I think this would help us utilize the tool more if we could integrate it into other things and just make it that full one stop shop for everything.
