Great suite of apps to complement each other. Love the screenshot features and the ease of communication. I love that there aren't notifications so I can manage workflow and focus.
I like the search ability, how it catches grammar and brings the most relevant. I also like the features made to interact with one another. I also like the edibility in everything if there are mistakes.
Our CSM and TAM were exceptional. Extremely organized, attentive, accountable and easy to work with. They were both very knowledgeable and patient and moved mountains to help us with any ask. Cannot say enough about this experience - 20/10!
Can be buggy, employee work status is not always accurate
I just wish it could link to SAP, our site, Ecart, Social media platforms, and more control to administrators on personalizing how we use it.
At the moment there is nothing I dislike.

Easy to connect with team members, and great suite of different apps available, easy to set up do not disturb filters to manage focus time and segment work schedules. However, there are sometimes where the app is buggy and won't open, so I have to delete the app and redownload.
