We love having a live whiteboard that we can share remotely. The layouts and templates are very helpful, and the depth available for each board gives us powerful tools to use in small and large groups and to present to clients.
Easy to use, intuitive UI, pricing
User friendly, extensive capabilities, improved collaboration.
Sometimes gets slow when boards are very large. There are a lot of keyboard shortcuts that make use much more productive but we have had to go to youtube or online tutorials to find them, it would be good if they were published, the templates are great but don't seem to be organized very well.

Analyzing Miro's User Experience: Limitations and Highlights
I have used this product and have recommended my fellow colleagues to use the product incase of creation of any product roadmap or flowchart or timelines for any project they are handling. But including a cost and a limit of only 3 roadmap blocks me to come again and utilize free services, as a part of marketing team i suggest miro people to reach out to their customers more likely may be on mails and contact details to convert the free users to paid users
