It's great that boards and inputs are so customizable, we're able to provide a great level of detail in our requests that you can then filter off of in many cases which makes the platform easy to navigate. 2. We're able to use Monday not only for projects and inputs but also to manage and track team initiatives and tasks. It really serves as a multi-functional tool for us. 3. The automated workflows and notifications are such a great feature and you can really customize what you get and where from emails, to push and desktop notifications. There's even an integration with Slack!
It has complete integrations with many different tools, such as Slack, Teams, and Outlook.
Positive points about Monday : - User-Friendly and intuitive interface : users can create and customize workflows, boards, and dashboards tailored to their specific needs, making the tool versatile - Task Automation: The software provides powerful automation features that reduce time spent on repetitive tasks - Enhanced collaboration : Monday.com improves teamwork with features such as task assignments
While I love that there are a lot of fields and ability to customize it can also be a little overwhelming to look at. To some degree it almost pushes for TOO much detail that can become unnecessary. Automations were a little difficult to learn at first and while we got support from the team over email we weren't able to set up a training session to learn them at the time.
The price of this tool is pretty high compared to competitors in the market.
