I like that their platform goes beyond email, it supports our organization across email, SMS and integrates seamlessly with our search, merch, recs and PIM solutions. It's a full suite that works together cohesively, eliminating silos on our side and providing a better customer experience. I am also impressed with their warm-up process, you are able to email the whole list on day one with no deliverability issues.

1) Amazing options to customize the parameters and journeys. 2) Amazing service support which ensures that your query is resolved within the stipulated timelines. 3) Continuously adding new features, which helps in keeping up with this highly and quickly evolving space.

There's not much to dislike, but as with any robust platform, set up and training can take time. However, once implemented, its easy to use.

The maintenance, service and billing.

1) Though the service support has come down a long way, a bit of working on DIY solutions will help a lot. 2) More frequent training sessions and a pro-active approach in implementing the new features with the client system is missing. 3) Still, in a few scenarios, the product has the scope of getting more flexible. Eg. API integration wherein we can pass multiple values in a single field.
