The product is great at handling complex customer data and very granular insights. It also has a built in co-marketer that you can easily pull insights from.
i like how vary the function of the engagement tool, so much choice to choose from
1) Ability to tackle complex journey logic with respect to caveats which as a business we want to put in our communication journey. 2) The level of customization available for targeting specific customer groups and cohorts. 3) Also, how the product is aligning itself with the new AI driven world. by throwing recommendations & templates, is quite amazing.
The platform is not as user-friendly as much as it's competitors but is because it's mainly operated by their team. Its hard to go in and make quick changes, but they handled this on a timely basis. It also features several channels that we don't take advantage as much as we could.
- the prediction segment took so much time to live - ui not intuitive, make me quite often confused
1) Issue response mechanism could be more responsive & proactive. 2) Also on the integration front, a few of the integrations with our internal systems took quite some time. 3) Ability to pass dynamic values & multiple values in a single attribute is also missing, which could help us better.
