My overall experience was very good, due to the ease of navigation, the fact that it's a very intuitive tool, which means there's less resistance from the team in using it, and replicating processes in the tool is also easier.

My overall experience with ServiceNow Hardware Asset Management has significantly improved our IT operation by streamlining asset lifecycle management within a single, unified workspace and it provides a robust and scalable platform for, managing enterprise hardware assets, ensuring consistent processes, strong governance and complete visibility across asset procurement, deployment and maintenance. Additionally, its integration capabilities with various monitoring, reporting and IT Hardware Asset management tools have been highly valuable, we are better able to track asset discovery with utilization, optimize inventory, all data storage related asset and already user interface is very enhancement to clear visualizing and reporting.

Our overall experience with Freshservice has been very positive. We are using it to manage internal IT service requests, asset-related activities, approvals, and support workflows in a more structured way. Previously, many requests were handled manually or through scattered communication, but Freshservice has helped us bring better visibility, tracking and accountability into the process. The product is easy to use for both IT users and end users. Ticket creation, assignment, SLA tracking, workflow automation, and reporting are useful in daily operations. The service catalog and approval workflow also helped standardize common tasks across many enterprise tools, which helped our team adopt it faster. What worked well for us was the clean interface, faster ticket handling, automation options, centralized and deeper configuration flexibility for complex workflows, and better guidance during initial setup. Overall, Freshservice is a reliable and practical ITSM platform for organizations that want to improve service desk efficiency without making the system too complicated.

Our overall experience with Lansweeper has been positive. The platform is useful for gaining better visibility into hardware and software assets across the environment, and it helps reduce the manual efforts involved in tracking inventory and system details. What worked well for us was the breadth of asset discovery, the centralized view of devices, and the ability to improve internal awareness of what is deployed across the organization. Where it can take more effort is in fine-tuning coverage, keeping data clean, and aligning the tool with internal processes and reporting expectations.

We ran a POC of IT Glue to evaluate whether it could replace our current mix of spreadsheets, shared drives, and tribal knowledge for IT documentation. For context, we're a community bank with a small IT team, not an MSP so our needs are more internally facing. The core documentation features worked well during the POC. Structured templates for assets, configurations, and passwords were immediately useful, and we could see how it would help us during audits and exams. That said, the platform is clearly built with MSPs as the primary audience, and some of the workflow assumptions don't translate cleanly to an internal IT department at a regulated financial institution. The pricing per user adds up fast for a team our size, especially when you factor in that most of the advanced integrations are geared towards Kaseya's own product stack, which we don't use.

managing asset information became more organized after moving records into a centralized platform. asset discovery reduced the effort required to identify devices that needed to be tracked, while reporting features made routine reviews easier to complete. the interface was starightforward enough for day-to-day administration, and the deployment process did not require majoy changes to existing asset management practices. having asset information stored in a single location also reduced the need to maintain separate records accross multiple files.

Ivanti Neurons for ITAM has helped improved visibility into hardware and software assets across the organization. The platform provide strong asset tracking and license management capabilities that support better governance and asset discovery. Some reporting and advanced configuration tasks can take time to learn and optimize.
