The live detection dashboard provides real-time visibility, and the integration with our SIEM system enhances our incident response capabilities. The escalation process is smooth and raising a support case with the radware team is straightforward. We also appreciate the ability to compare current traffic with historical data, Which help is identify patterns and recurring threats effectively. For my end, We've successfully completed the first stage of configuration on the radware portal and are continuously working to improve the environment,traffic visibility and overall functionality with radware features. So far, We haven't faced any challenges, and the support from the radware team has been excellent.
