Templates. Customizable interface and drag and drop graphics. The audiences are great too, I don't think I can pick just one or best or most here. Once you get it all in order, it's super easy to drop a campaign.

We like that Omnisend is continually growing and publishing more features, trying to optimise the existing UX and actively gathering feedback to highlight areas for improvement. The support resources are very helpful. Omnisend's chatbox is more useful and sophisticated than many others that we have used in the past. I've only needed to escalate to a human team member once thus far (since onboarding in February). The platform is accessible for those of all levels of expertise. Onboarding was straightforward and simple, the team were responsive and helpful with unrelated technical queries too. The migration support was super.
Ok so this one is hard because when you don't like something about Omnisend, you let them know. Send an email, talk to a developer and explain what you think could be better. Do they listen? Yeah, because they fix it. For instance, the drag and drop was good, but could it be better? Sure, how about 1,2,3,4 area platforms that are created for you, instead of your having to size two images into one block. or try to evenly space 3 images with accompaning text boxes into a 600 px block. Long chats, new features, sms marketing
We would love for a mobile app to be developed, for on-the-go platform / dashboard access. And in-app notifications for attributed revenue / orders placed from Omnisend. We integrate Omnisend with Shopify, it would be great if there were more customer events pulled through from Shopify to act as triggers.
