It provides me real time data which helps me a lot in making decisions in real time also the dashboard which provides me a wide image of how everything is going.

It is nice to have visibility to when bills have been paid, and it is nice to be able to run a report to check the status of payments. Oracle offers comprehensive financial management capabilities, as well as a strong security system so your confidential data feels safe.

The automated import functionality that allows invoices to be scanned and precaptured, leaving only high level double checks on the administrator's side

When there are a number of people working at the same time it affects the performance speed also customization requires external technical help.

Takes a bit of time to set up reimbursement accounts for staff who don't often utilize the program, the payment submission dashboard often times out and has weird error messages, and the system can be cumbersome to learn as it offers so many features.

Biggest issue we had was importing existing vendor information into the new system, was a very manual process, if an API exists, we did not use it

The implementation team, the consultants and the support team are all very helpful. However the product when it comes to the AP invoice handling, invoice interpretation and approvals for the users do not meet the expectations and the promisesgiven by Oracle at all. It is really terrible and it feels like that functionalitry in the ERP system has not been developed at all for centuries.
