There are few things which I like the most which is below: 1. Comprehensive All-in-one ERP: Netsuite brings finance, supply chain, CRM,e-Commerce and HR together in one cloud platform, eliminating the need for multiple discoonected systems. Customers value the ability to manage nearly every aspect of their business in a single solution 2. Scalability for Growth: It is particularly strong for organizations with multiple subsidiaries, currencies, and international operations. Customers appreciate how easily it supports expabsion without requiring separate systems for each region. 3. Customization & Flexibility: Netsuite's Suitescript and SuiteFlow tools allow businesses to tailor workflows, dashboards, and reports to their unique processes. This flexibility is often cited as a major advantage over more rigid ERP System
Very broad feature coverage, nearly unlimited customization, several integration options
Backwards compatibility for what we developed years ago. We've gone through thousands of updates on the platform without a single issue with our customisations. Rarely we had to intervene for SSL and domain handling changes which is normal. SuitePayments is a great product saved us on countless of fraudulent credit card transactions. Publishing inventory products to the ecommerce website it's a streamlined process so our warehouse team could enable webstore visibility and add new products with ease.
There are a few things which I dislike the most and that are follow: 1. High Cost Ownership: Licensing Fees, Customization, and ongoing support can be expensive, especially for smaller or mid-sized business. Many customers feel the total cost is higher than expected. 2. Complex Implementation: Deploying Netsuite often requires external consultants and can take longer than anticipated. Customers note that without strong planning and partner expertise, projects can stall or exceed budget. 3.Steep Learning Curve: While powerful, the interface and navigation can feel dated and unintuitive compared to newed ERP systems. Training is essential, and some users struggle with adoption.
Scalability issues when pushing high volume of transactions via web services, performance issues on saved searches (queries) resurfacing on regular basis.
Since it a big product with thousands of modules that have to be enabled to use features from them, we had trouble knowing exactly if the feature that we're missing is from what module or what exactly needs to be enabled or if we need to buy another module to work. We used a 3rd party consultancy company to deal with that but would have been better to talk directly with Netsuite support or have this information presented in the Netsuite Company setup portal with missing module disabled/grayed out but still visible.
