The product has very user-friendly features that ease navigation and is equally reliable and stable. NetSuite has smooth performance and no downtime. Demos of the product are well demonstrated. Tutorials are also unlimited. Availability of real-time analytics and reporting which makes it easy for us to track sales and analyse returns on investments accurately.

single database and able to integrate directly or through a 3rd party with many other software systems
The product has served us to satisfaction. No dislike.
No ability to apply group price discounts across selected product grps (unlike wellknown competitors) Saved searching can be complicated in the basic UI for all except power users Integrations require middleware and are highly complex
Cloud based so UI processing times can be slow. Bank and account reconciliation could be made more user friendly and I wish the system allowed for reconciling non-bank accounts.
