Smooth implementation process of the software. Availability of of extensive and reliable customer support services. I like effectiveness of the software in Budget management, projecs portfolio management and real-time order tracking. Affordability of the tool. No hidden charges. Reliability of the software when ot comes to bailing and invoicing.

The UI could be more user friendly, there are a lot of menus and submenus to navigate through.

Lack of AI features and capabilities, technical expertise requirements to maintain

We have had a very easy time with the software. I can't complain.
