Setup took some time, and it's taken time to get customers used to the new system - but it has saved a tremendous amount of time in invoicing that the switch was worth it.
We have tried to use this for proposals and the ability to make the look professionally pretty/not boring is very limited. The tool fights you on formatting, images and placement. For a true proposal I want to be able to make it look nicer than just a contract, and the tool does this but not to the extent I would expect.
Limited when you need advanced logic or highly complex workflows beyond standard proposals. Document formatting and layout can be finicky at times, especially when trying to create more custom or design-heavy documents. Pricing can get quite expensive depending on team size
