CRM and ERP integration is good and good capture of bill of materials and other procurement information
It has the ability to handle complex product configuration, pricing models, & workflow automation which significantly reduces errors & accelerates the sales cycle. Secondly, it integrates well with major systems such as Salesforce, ERP platforms & Oracle cloud. Lastly, it's very user friendly to use.
Initial setup and customization can be time consuming and some features require specialized knowledge to configure properly.
System can be complex to use, interface can be slow , and design seems non user friendly
The drawback is that the initial setup & customization is complex for new users. Secondly, I observed slow loading, occasional bugs & connectivity issues during data load. Lastly, the cost is too high.
