We found that apart from being one of the most well-rounded solutions on the market for our specific needs, they were very open to developing custom features for our business and operational needs with the due prioritization on both ends. As for the current day-to-day operation, incidents are met with fast response times and solutions, and the system itself is very easy to use, intuitive, and complete with everything we need for our last-mile operations.
