Platform is easy to use. It has an intuitive interface. I also greatly appreciated the ease of project paycheck changes.
All in one platform.
I have not discovered a weakness as of yet.
Limited use, at least in the product we used. It was pretty much limited to time off accruals and pay. This was my biggest and really only complaint.
Turnover in customer support roles and the ATS- it's good but not as robust as a freestanding platform of prehire talent management.

Great for small companies
I love PayCom for the most part. It has great clock in and out functionality. You can access all your past performance reviews as well as work documents. It is helpful with having an org chart as well as other tools that are helpful.
