I have not discovered a weakness as of yet.
Limited use, at least in the product we used. It was pretty much limited to time off accruals and pay. This was my biggest and really only complaint.
Turnover in customer support roles and the ATS- it's good but not as robust as a freestanding platform of prehire talent management.
