Some features I like most are the ability to request time off through the app or site, requesting punch changes in the event of missed punches and ability to view your timecard in real time.
I like Paycom is self-service enabled. Being mobile friend makes it great. Clock-in and attendance tracking is easy. Automation minimizes errors.
Constant customer support. When I have questions, they get back to me promptly.
Sometimes for other features there may be too many options and it can be somewhat confusing if you are not familiar with the product.
Paycom has it all. No dislikes yet.
Going from a very small scale payroll system to a large one was hard, but it wasn't really Paycoms fault. It is very user friendly, just has a lot of features.
