A single source of truth. We keep everything for our employees in one spot. User friendly and encourages people to enter their own data in so HR doesn't get blamed for making mistakes. Also, I've had account managers consistently for years, not every few months. It's good to have someone you can rely on.
It is user friendly for the employees. Payroll processing is very easy to use. Customer service is usually very knowledgeable on what I need assistance with.
You have to drill down too much to find where certain things are at.
Occasionally has errors, but once I alert my rep, they are typically handled.
Direct deposit is not user friendly for our employees. The paycom app could be better for assisting the employees. If you don't upgrade to betti you lost out on extra services, ex: garnishments.
