Paylocity is a one-stop-shop for anything we need HR related. The modules are comprehensive, and the functionality within each module makes it easy to accomplish our goals. The onboarding and recruiting modules make it easy to source and onboard new candidates. The reporting features also allow us to track and report on various metrics. Overall, we have a lot of resources within the HRIS platform.

While Paylocity overall is great, I do wish there was easier navigation when it comes to customizing security roles and access. There are a lot of settings, and it can be hard to differentiate between what each feature does. In addition, some configurations need to be requested directly through our account manager - it would be great to have more self service opportunities as an admin. The Workflow module also has room to grow - there are quite a few glitches. The concept is great, but they need to work on the bugs and customization.
