The idea of Phenom is a good one. The ability to use AI to quickly identify great candidates should in theory lead to quicker recruiting time and better talent. If the platform actually worked, it would be wonderful.

The core problem is that it doesn't work. During my time using the platform, scheduling failed, the profile parsing failed, the reporting suite failed, it feels like everything broke at least once. This combined with slow support responses led to tremendous difficulty for our recruiting team to continue functioning, much less be satisfied with the platform.
the reporting/ analytics I would like to be more customizable. I would like help building more efficiencies in our processes.

I think the great thing about Phenom is that it is tech forward. Staying with the times and AI forward. However, for a tool that promotes automation so much - there is a LOT of manual and a lot of clicks on the ATS / recruiter process side of things. Also, the screening aspect (ie phone screens and taking notes on that) is the worst part.
