My team uses the Voice Agent feature which is outstanding for our space. We also love the interview intelligence portion with the ability to have our phone screens recorded as well as the ability to have candidates self-schedule interviews.
1. The move in the product to having more self service (not all configuration changes require Phenom or HRIS resources) 2. Partnership with our core account team 3. User Experience for all personas using the system
Innovations Speed of product development Company is open for pilots, POC, testing, etc.
It does not communicate the best with our ATS system, it would be great if it was more compatible. Sometimes the system gets a little glitchy (like with all technology) but the frustrating part is when we report issues, it often takes a while for them to be researched our solved which puts a halt to the majority of work.
1. Their developers are primarily in India working local time which causes delays with implementation or support at times due to time differences 2. Inability to customize or create specific user roles 3. Talent Analytics is not as robust as others in the space
