An agentic AI platform designed to streamline talent acquisition, talent management, and workforce planning for organizations. Features include AI candidate discovery and matching, automated screening, fraud detection, AI sourcing, and personalized candidate experiences. Overall we are very happy with Phenom. We use it to host our external career sites and also for our CRM. I think the automation engine, the embedded AI and the filtering (creating spotlights) are very powerful. However, we would like to see better end-to-end tracking for campaigns. Currently, we can't include the UTM campaign or source in the filters for the Hiring Funnel report which makes it hard for us to track the true success of campaigns.

I like that the Product Managers for the various products are very collaborative and happy to meet with us on a regular basis for us to provide feedback. I have seen products developed based on feedback that we have shared.

UX on the career site and ease of making changes.

Automations - including ability to drive these from a user/in-house admin perspective Integration (bidirectional)

Dislike

I dislike that I have to buy premium support to get GOOD support. If we didn't pay for that, the support would be terrible (a lot of back and forth and misunderstandings). Also, as mentioned previously, I want better access to our own data via Analytics so our users can get the data they need, in the way they need it, in an easy way to access it.

The lack of oversight of the production environment The siloed approach which makes it difficult to rectify issues Phenom's focus on creating new products without rectifying issues with existing products We thought the tool would unlock efficiencies but due to the multiple ongoing issues with duplicate records, issues with rectifying long-term issues we have experienced a productivity loss for our service center and HR technology team

Missing true/transparent root cause analysis when issues arise in system.

    Phenom consistently is working on innovating and coming up with the next big win in the HR Tech Space (focused on Talent. This does leave their core products and platform to suffer, there is constant instability in the platform and challenges to understand how all of the product ties together.

Core team seems genuinely focused not only on the success of the product, but also on the connectivity to existing company priorities and pain points. Tech support can sometimes be a challenge and frequency of updates/enhancements may exacerbate this at times.

    The tool is intuitive for users. However, AI algorithms require improvements. New releases are not quality assured sufficiently. The provider has a US-centric view on data privacy restrictions, lacks some attention to global regulations for global user groups (especially China and Europe).
