the workflows for running a sales cycle and managing a custom sales cycle, and data you can pull from these areas, are useful and work well for managing an individual deal.
The application syncs data in real time so you can keep up with an account immediately. The product is extremely easy to handle and use. It keeps all of the information in one place.
nothing but maps needs more advanced features like making a plan for all the customers we can meet if we are going to one customer meeting - AI :)
It's difficult to pull more globalized information - this can be at the account level, the territory level, etc. These are things I expect of a modern CRM - there are more use cases than just using it as a deal funnel tool.
Sometimes the product crashes but that has been minimal. The overall look could be a bit more appealing. More features that go in depth would be helpful.
