I love it's simple and straightforward structure.

Like

It's easy to see where every deal stands, what needs attention and what's falling behind. The systems handles repetitive tasks so I can focus on selling not admin work and it can be tailored to match how our team works.

outlook email integration & maps to plan all customers meeting in one area very useful for sales account manager

Dislike

It is is not keeping up with automation and AI initiatives as fast as I would like it to.

Some of the analytics and reporting tools lack depth unless you upgrade, many integrations require extra set up or third-party tools to work smoothy, and the mobile app works but not intuitive or powerful as the desktop.

nothing but maps needs more advanced features like making a plan for all the customers we can meet if we are going to one customer meeting - AI :)
