It is is not keeping up with automation and AI initiatives as fast as I would like it to.
It's difficult to pull more globalized information - this can be at the account level, the territory level, etc. These are things I expect of a modern CRM - there are more use cases than just using it as a deal funnel tool.
nothing but maps needs more advanced features like making a plan for all the customers we can meet if we are going to one customer meeting - AI :)
