Workato is hands down the most intuitive software to use in this domain. From citizen integrators to seasoned developers, Workato gives our users powerful enterprise tools while making the whole experience incredibly user friendly. The rate of adoption of Workato within our enterprise was incredibly fast. What started out with only 1 team using Workato quickly spread company wide where we now have users representing nearly every department in Workato. It is single handedly increased our company's velocity by a significant amount because of how quickly we are able to turnaround automations and integrations that would have otherwise taken years to complete.

Celigo's Account Management team has been amazing to work with! The product works as advertised and has been a significant part of our tech stack during a period of rapid growth, but the thing that makes or breaks a company isn't the product, it's the people. The Celigo team has consistently gone above and beyond to ensure that we have the right tools to meet our needs. We made the purchase decision while also implementing a new ERP, and during that implementation we found that some of the packages we had purchased would not work with our data model. Celigo helped us quickly pivot products to exactly what we needed. Without their help, our ERP implementation would have been a disaster. Because of their help, we were able to complete the implementation and focus on getting the most out of our new ERP.

Boomi is cloud native, robust, secure, very easy to use and a very capable app. With just a browser and providing user access, the developer/user can start within few clicks of buttons.

It helps to easily develop new interfaces with new challenges and requirements to different system. We have a lot of predifened adapters and it is very easy to connect to new systems.

Overall very happy with the platform, especially with their recent UI overhaul. Using drag-and-drop snaps to build data pipelines helps me visualize our processes much more easily, and lately AI (including their SnapGPT) has gotten better at helping me debug pipeline issues. I use Snaplogic several times a week at least and I like most of their features, although I'm sure I haven't used all of them features yet. There are a few quirks I had to get used to, mostly on the UI side, but aside from those I appreciate the huge variety of snap operations they support, and how their team responds quickly to our requests. One aspect that I find a bit frustrating about the platform is how certain Javascript expression operations are supported but many are not, or many are replaced by a Snaplogic custom operation. For example, we do a lot of date/time operations and manipulation, and I find myself wishing I could use "new Date()" relatively often. I also find that their expression output preview window is very spotty, and many times it simply doesn't appear when I'm working on an expression, so I don't know whether my syntax is correct until I actually run the pipeline. I also wish that the Monitor part of their app had more verbose logging so it's easier to see the specific data/documents that was passed into each snap during debugging. But aside from those minor things, their platform has historically been mostly stable during my time on this team, and I enjoy working with the Snaplogic crew on their new AI features.
