P44 is easy to access and use, and port to port tracking is quite accurate for direct routes. Shipment exceptions and inland rail tracking have gotten better over the last 24 months. While import door delivery via truck, accurately tracking ocean trans-ships, and resolving issue tickets are still opportunities.
