1. The ability to quickly survey the entire company, including my team, and be able to compare results across the org 2. The dashboards are overall pretty good, and make it easy to visualize and track sentiment trends over time 3. The flexibility to segment responses so I can understand the differences and slice the data in a few different ways.

What I like most about Quatrics is its flexibility. I can design different kinds of surveys and programs without heavy coding, and the reporting tools give clear insights that are easy to share with the team.
1. The reporting interface can feel a bit clunky, and it often takes extra clicks to get to the exact view that I need 2. The analytics sometimes stop short of turning data into clear recommendations 3. The navigation between different parts of the platform/surveys/dashboards/exports/etc. isn't always very intuitive. 4. I feel like there could be a better way to manage comments within a department where some managers have varied numbers of direct reports and some get easier access to comments than others.

What I dislike most is, first, the steep learning curve in which some features take time and training to fully understand. Second, customization can sometimes be complex, especially when setting up advanced logic or integration. Third, the cost can be a challenge for smaller teams since not all features are available in the basic package.

Survey Tool Offers Strong Customization and User-Friendly Dashboard for Quick Insights
Overall the survey tool builder was great and allowed a ton of customization. There are other platforms out there that offer the most "complete" customization, but really it isnt as solid as what qualtirics has done. I am very pleased with its useability.
