Text analysis tools are truly advanced. Unlike other AI tools that constantly redefine categories, Qualtrics' tool classifies new comments within the model defined at the project's inception and suggests new categories that could be added, all without any effort on my part.

Tool is very complete in terms of functionalities and performs well.
First-level support is not very helpful. Sometimes, you're better off asking an AI than contacting them. However, there are advanced support options that are much more useful.
