The dashboard of responses is super helpful and what I like most about the product. It provides all of the answers in an easy to read manner that allows you to get a fuller picture much quicker than expected.

Qualtrics considers the UI of their product, and it shows. The interface is great.
The reporting and file exports could use some improvement. It can get a little clunky when trying to extract the data that you really need and the insights behind it.

Honestly, it's hard to imagine negatives about Qualtrics. If I had to pick something, I would say that it does take a bit of time to set up to measure the exact sentiments you want to measure.
