    Qualtrics is a great survey tool that has a lot of reporting features and is customizable to your company's needs. We leverage the CX and EX platforms for our patient and employee journeys. One caveat I found was that it was challenging to learn and administer as a new user. I was however not part of the implementation team, but had I been, I feel it would have been an easier transition.
