The project team made a very smooth migration process for us. While the Windows application works well overall, there is still room for improvement in user experience to make it even more seamless.

- Ease of use/not hard to get up and running on - Allows me to stay connected to prospects via call or text on my devices - Appreciate the ability to use both audio and video conferencing

Like

Employees find it easy to connect with customers, track replies and respond quickly. RingCentral provides responsive notifications when customers reply back, call or video collaborate with on screen alerts and emails. We also utilize the robust recording features to ensure nothing is missed and for training purposes. RingCentral reporting allows us to aggregate campaign data with customer information gathered to create ROI models and effectiveness charts. We export data out of RingCentral to create specific reports necessary for us to determine if campaigns are worth the investment and customer satisfaction.

Dislike

Company-wide admin control features are limited. Many settings have to be updated by RingCentral customer support. Some of the customized phone settings could be lost after the firmware update.

- Phone app can occasionally be difficult to use - Support is lacking - Mediocre experience with porting numbers

I would like to see more reporting options built into the platform. They have some default canned reports, however it would be nice to see advanced reporting options like the ability to compare different campaigns.
