My overall experience with Rippling has been positive. It simplifies payroll, benefits, and employee information in one place, making daily tasks easier. The interface is user-friendly, but some features can be unclear at times. Improvements when it comes to navigation, notifications and document location would be helpful considering the scope of the platform and all the tools it provides for a company as well.

What I like the most about Rippling is that it facilitated convenience when it comes to having training sources and important instructions centralized. Tools such as Learning Management and Goals are helpful because the company I work for pays a lot of attention to employees getting their certifications and knowledge consecutively and progressively depending on roles and tenure.

Simple, to the point, no unnecessary jargon or tools

My favorite part would be the summaries provided are easier to understand from other platforms for benefit breakdown and explanations regarding coverages. The virtual signature is a nice feature. Not everyone has a true understanding of how e-sign works or is in the vicinity of a printer. It is less of a headache to have the ability to virtually sign at the very same time you are filing for benefits.

What I dislike the most about Rippling is 3 different things: first, some tools are not as intuitive as they should be when it comes to finding certain contracts/benefit documentation (it can take extra time if you are not familiar with it). Second, notifications can also lack clarity when it comes to tracking updates and changes without additional follow-up internally. Last but not least, it can be a little time consuming to read through the company documentation in the platform due to the way in which the app has every menu spread out.

I have not found a functionality that I do not like within Rippling. So far my expectations have been exceeded. I know that I have yet to scratch the surface on all of Rippling's capabilities but can say with definite confidence that I am extremely satisfied thus far.

Rippling takes the complexity out of the administrative aspects of my employment. It is a "one-stop shop" for real time information regarding employee benefits. Within Rippling you will be able to view your past benefits, current benefits, and any dependents that are included. Rippling will provide you with additional resources to ensure you are fully educated on the specific benefits your employer offers. Ripplings provides reminders for open enrollment. Rippling will always keep a record of any document that is uploaded to the platform allowing a way to always retrieve in the event a document is needed in the future. All information is organized and easy to understand.
