About Rippling I like how I can keep track of everything in one place, i can easily stay updated on different positions and growth opportunities within the company, while also managing time more effectively through its time tracking features, the system makes it simple for employees to request changes, which improves accountability and helps build a sense of responsibility. in addition, Rippling allows me to monitor achievements, rewards and compensation details effortlessly. its user friendly, accessible from any device, and keeps everything synchronized throughout the day, making benefits and time management more efficient.
UX is simple.
My favorite part would be the summaries provided are easier to understand from other platforms for benefit breakdown and explanations regarding coverages. The virtual signature is a nice feature. Not everyone has a true understanding of how e-sign works or is in the vicinity of a printer. It is less of a headache to have the ability to virtually sign at the very same time you are filing for benefits.
Sometimes the webpage can go down easily and that affects the way and timing for agents to clock in and out, it can also be difficult to reach support when issues occur, and the platflorm can be more user friendly getting used to the interface takes some time, and when the system is down, it becomes challenging to track time accurately or get timely assistance.
HSA Setup - If the company is using SSO/SAML, it is difficult for the user to set up an HSA outside of the company.
I have not found a functionality that I do not like within Rippling. So far my expectations have been exceeded. I know that I have yet to scratch the surface on all of Rippling's capabilities but can say with definite confidence that I am extremely satisfied thus far.
