The report creation segment is very poor, you cannot create your own report views this hampers your ability to do analysis, their custom report function is also not great. (The function is called SIERA). The lead upload function is not great as it only gives you an error post upload which leads you to upload the whole file again. They are also constantly experimenting with different UIs on the manage lead segment which becomes difficult to navigate for sales agents.
It is a little bit limited the customization of filtering options.
