I like how effective the customer support team of Sales Execution CRM has always been since we started using this tool. It helps us when it comes to tracking the best leads for our company. It is easy to implement and affordable.
Easy interface and navigation, price is pretty cheap as compared to other competitors. Lead tracking for sales agents is easy to use and the integration with call apps is easy.
It automates many routine tasks like data entry, lead assignment, and follow-up reminders making it easy to manage sales pipelines.
No, Sales Execution CRM is flawless.
The report creation segment is very poor, you cannot create your own report views this hampers your ability to do analysis, their custom report function is also not great. (The function is called SIERA). The lead upload function is not great as it only gives you an error post upload which leads you to upload the whole file again. They are also constantly experimenting with different UIs on the manage lead segment which becomes difficult to navigate for sales agents.
It is a little bit limited the customization of filtering options.
