Our overall experience with this platform has been good. While it has seamlessly streamlined our engagement strategies with intuitive usability, there are definitely challenges as it was a product that was acquired by Salesforce and so all the features aren't "fully-baked" and lack dedicated development. So while this platform offers a great tool, I'd say it doesn't offer the next-generation features that I would expect from Salesforce when it comes to email marketing and engagement campaigns.

Engagement Studio: The Engagement Studio offers a dynamic and customizable workflow environment, enabling strategic automation of marketing campaigns and personalized customer journeys.
