Salesforce Sales Cloud is a great tool and very customizable platform, but their post-sales service and experience leaves much to be desired even if you are in a large billed customer. They will constantly market to you, without actually looking at what you're doing or how you're using the product. Paying for premium support does only guarantee you a fast response, but not necessarily a quality one.

    Salesforce Sales Cloud is mainly designed to manage dashboards and reporting, contacts and accounts as well as leads and opportunities, I helped with extending and enhancing it in different ways. I helped to customize its UI with LWC for embedded charts, advanced visual layout and custom UI components. I ensured to improve the UX/UI for the sales team by building more mobile-friendly components using the LWC at the same time designing a simplified UI. I also helped to develop customized frontend apps that integrated with Salesforce data like Salesforce REST that help in fetching goals, sales quotas or forecasts, all of which are crucial to any firm. I helped in integrating the app with external portals and this helped partners to log deals which directly go into Salesforce. Lastly, I helped with the automation and visualization of sales KPIs whereby one pulls data using the apps report API.
