Performance of Salesforce Sales Cloud Across Market Features
Salesforce Sales Cloud Likes & Dislikes
Sales Cloud covers nearly every aspect of the sales process - lead capture to opportunity tracking to forecasting and post-sale follow up. Historical data capture on fields that change over time is a massive advantage over other CRMs and makes up for some of the challenges that come with it.
Read Full ReviewIt's a very configurable platform - there are some exceptions but as long as you don't go too wild, you can get a lot done through integration, automation and customer facing technology. SF is very clear in their roadmap about what is going to be supported and what isn't, which is helpful when planning purchases. Flow automation keeps getting better and better every season, but it's still not as intuitive as the older and now defunct Process Builder.
Read Full ReviewI like that it keeps everything such as deals, tasks, contacts in one spot so I'm not chasing information across five tools. I also like the automations that are quietly handling the boring stuff and keeping them from forgetting follow-ups. Lastly, the reporting is genuinely useful for spotting stalled deals and understanding the pipeline at a glance.
Read Full ReviewThe requirements for a third party tool to dedupe, manage lead routing, and run outbound sequences is a pain. Each tool has it's own cost, implementation, and learning curve to fit the use case. Also, why does the Lead object still exist?? Consolidating Leads and Contacts would simplify lifecycle stages and make reporting and lead management a lot easier.
Read Full ReviewThe lack of care in bringing functionality that's been requested for multiple years, by multiple customers. SF is hell bent on AI adoption, at the expense of very simple, effective fixes.
Read Full ReviewIt can feel cluttered - too many buttons and sections for simple tasks. Also, some pages load slowly which gets annoying when you just want to log something quickly. Lastly, you pretty much need an admin for anything beyond the basics, which makes small tweaks a bigger deal than they should be.

Continual and Unmet Feature Requests detract from Salesforce.com's User Experience
Salesforce Sales Cloud is a great tool and very customizable platform, but their post-sales service and experience leaves much to be desired even if you are in a large billed customer. They will constantly market to you, without actually looking at what you're doing or how you're using the product. Paying for premium support does only guarantee you a fast response, but not necessarily a quality one. - SALES MANAGER<50M USDSoftwareReview Source

Salesforce Sales Cloud: Feature-packed but Expect Learning Curve
Using Salesforce Sales Cloud feels like having a really powerful toolset that occasionally forgets that normal humans have to use it. Once you get past the learning curve (and there is a learning curve), it becomes a pretty solid daily companion for tracking deals, accounts and all the sales tasks that would usually slip through the cracks. I like that the customization is a real win. The system can be molded into whatever workflow your team needs. - Senior Strategy Business Development1B-10B USDTransportationReview Source
Automate & Empower your Transportation Strategies with Salesforce Sales Cloud
Using Sales Force Automation helped the business to streamline various activities including but not limited to sales operations, providing data-driven growth initiatives, and enhancing forecasting accuracy. It helped with automated lead management and scoring through the automatic capture, routing and scoring of transportation leads from websites, trade shows and the like. We gained insight-driven strategic decision making capabilities since the Salesforce dashboard and reports provide real-time insights into market trends, deal velocity as well as customer demands. It also helped with automation of sales activities in ways such as meeting scheduling, email sequencing and following up on tasks using Sales Cloud automation tools. This also ensured that no opportunities fell through any gaps. It also helped with pipeline visibility and forecasting accuracy leading to better strategic planning of routes, revenue logistics, partner logistics and fleet investment. Another advantage was improved collaboration across sales, Ops and logistics and this led to speeded onboarding for big clients and reduced miscommunication. - REGIONAL ACCOUNT EXECUTIVEB<50M USDSoftwareReview Source
Salesforce Excels In Integration And Reporting But Setup Remains Crucial For Reliability
There's a reason Salesforce is the gold standard - reporting, integration, pipeline management, etc are all exemplary. Other platforms come close, but I'm always excited to hear an organization is using SFDC as their primary CRM tool.
