When it works, it works really well. The centralization of customer contacts is extremely helpful. Managing Knowledge articles is largely seamless and relatively intuitive.
What I really enjoy most about Salesforce Sales Cloud is the various views and information you can quickly pull on an account. It makes finding the information you need simple and easy. Oftenttimes I have used other services and finding relative information has been difficult to find or not in the best most visable place. Salesforce Sales Cloud keeps it simple, easy, and helps move our business forward.
It requires quite a lot of training and constant learning to maximise its use. There's a steep learning curve and it's not the most naturally intutive system
It is almost impossible to figure out how to do things on your own; it's not clear if any given item is a feature or a bug.
Often I will click on buttons or change stages in an opportunity, and it takes several clicks or seconds to wait before the information has loaded. I wish the buttons were improved upon and much quicker when it comes to selecting different menus and options within the service.
