We can create and deploy number of suits within this business solution plan as per requirements. It has various SAP clients or versions each with unique business needs to address. All of enterprise's accounts such as SCM, finance, customer support, employee access management, it offers everything.
I like the most is that it gives a complete, end to end view of the business on a single cloud platform All core functions - finance, project management, resource & management, CRM, real time financial visibility, and cloud based
It is a license based platform so we can't create sub-hierarchies of access under a single parent access and cost is bit high for large user base.
The future readiness does not reflect in platform, apart from cloud base launch of S4/HANA which also has limited features over other competitors, there is no future ready stack available for ERP suite. Most of applications still running on old client versions that was developed on previous tech stack, which is not dynamic in nature for current business needs and also do poses security incidents.
In my opinion, I dislike the following: Limited flexibility for higher complex processes, advanced analytics and AI, integration with non SAP systems
