It is easy to set up simple templates and it offers to wide range of tools and features to mange your campaigns perfectly. It gives you the whole lifecycle of campaign with customization as per your needs. The support team is great and always available for help. It has competitive pricing.

The message studio to deploy is reliable, great customer service and Streamlining marketing emails.

Some features have not been updated for a while such as the template library and segmentation features

The user interface is little outdated and I face difficulties in integration with other tools and databases. It sometimes crashes suddenly and the progress made is lost. It has a lot of features and hence, there is a steep learning curve for new users. For using some of the features, we need to purchase license.
