Support is responsive, and as I said, psychometric tests are amazing
SHL uses psychometric research in which the assessments are scientifically designed, validated and regularly reviewed, so organizations can trust that their measure what they claim. In SHL, we have various types of assessments such as personality, cognitive skills, and simulations - which lets the organization cover different angles. SHL works well for high volume hiring, handling many candidate evaluations per month in different geographies. They also provide virtual assessment/development centers and simulation tests, which help with remote or distributed hiring.
I can't find anything really disliked in this product, some people may think tests are too demanding, but it is something you can adjust on a company basis.
UI is not great, workflows does not feel smooth and reporting is limited
The time given for some sections, especially for numerical and logical reasoning is unrealistically short. The stress of rushing can lead to mistakes even if the person has the ability to perform. After completing the test, many candidates report not receiving sufficient feedback to understand what went wrong or how they could improve. If the content is very language heavy or assumes native level fluency, non-native speakers may be at a disadvantage unless extra time or practice is available.
