The product is used in multiple ways which has reduced our cost of multiple tools. This tool is used for Automation - Both UI and API automation are also handled within the tool. It also can be customized for adding multiple tool in the same product and use as a one stop solution for all automation integration. On Test management, the tool helps us in integrating with Git lab to fetch the data in real time and ensure the process is carried out smoothly. The tool also helps in preparing the analytical data for each sprint and milestone releases. This had eased our effort in preparing the data and graphs for analysis.
It makes it easy for us to integrate our traditional CRM tools ans entire infrastructure for easy analysis and visualization.

Though it has integration with git lab to fetch the real time data there needs to be few customization based on the git lab changes to ensure smooth progress. Since there are lot many upcoming changes in the road map of simplify 360 which is more effective, it lags in the current usage of the tool.
