Software UI is very user friendly and dashboards can be customized as per your needs.
Using for more than a year the most i like is it about the bulk action where we can take action on tickets in a bulk form, apart from that the diagramm and graphs is very easy to understand
The product is used in multiple ways which has reduced our cost of multiple tools. This tool is used for Automation - Both UI and API automation are also handled within the tool. It also can be customized for adding multiple tool in the same product and use as a one stop solution for all automation integration. On Test management, the tool helps us in integrating with Git lab to fetch the data in real time and ensure the process is carried out smoothly. The tool also helps in preparing the analytical data for each sprint and milestone releases. This had eased our effort in preparing the data and graphs for analysis.
Ticket creation and forwarding is a bit confusing, ecommerce reviews management needs improvement and competitors analysis
The weakness or I could say dislike is a common issue that is we need to refresh after few couple hours as the tool gets very laggy in use, apart from that i faced issue while downloading the data as it takes more than a hour sometime
Though it has integration with git lab to fetch the real time data there needs to be few customization based on the git lab changes to ensure smooth progress. Since there are lot many upcoming changes in the road map of simplify 360 which is more effective, it lags in the current usage of the tool.

Easy to implement tool, but need few more analytics/features to make it complete product
Our product requirement was to get visibility on social media mentions for the brand/response time/issue categories/improvement on user experience. We tried using different tools and our search ended with integrating the social support on Simplify360. Its been a journey of 3+ years with them and the early tool implementation was pretty smooth. From there on we had gone through multiple changes on tool layout, new features to make it more user-friendly. We started getting visibility on total social media mentions, sentiment details, tracking our first response % and improving it from no data to 100% as per defined SLA, visibility on agent level data and productivity, integrating different social media profiles for different geographies. There are few roadblocks when it came to adding new social media channels (Instagram, LinkedIn, Appstore reviews) due to non-availability of API.
