Enhanced Customer Care led to increased Customer satisfaction, reduced churn rate and improved loyalty. 3. Data analytics and insights - SingleView offers built in analytics and reporting tools, enabling us to derive valuable insights from customer data. This helped us identify trends, understanding customer behaviour and making data driven business decisions.
Reliability of the service is the key factor for this tool. We also strongly support vendors that are flexible in initial phases of the project - We were allowed a 3 month trial that allowed us to have an informed decision before we committed to longer lasting agreement.
One of the areas which i think is not a advantage is the cost associated with implementation of the product
Implementation Complexity - The implementation was complex and time consuming process. It did require integration with various existing systems and data sources within the organisation. Although, the ROI the platform delivered was multifold and hence the time and money was justifiable.
For the beginning of the collaboration, we had to prepay a certain amount - we do not support this module, but this was changed in later phases. Quality contract also assumes a lot of proactivity from the client - the Supplier could increase the response rate in following the contract consumption. There are no other weaknesses for this tool at this point in time.
