I particularly appreciate the reporting and analytics

1) I like this product specifically due to it's ability to integrate data from multiple sources and share end-to-end data on customer profiles 2) The in built support for GDPR compliance is a great feature that prevents any hassles when dealing with data for EU market 3) The platform allows to get customized content per clients' needs and enables real-time data analysis

1. Along with integrating various sources, it also helps in removing duplicate records and generating unique primary key for all the customers 2. It also helps in customer assessment by examining their purchasing trends in the past and creating customer based sales recommendation 3. It has also functionality of bucketing customers into different segments based on different metrics and perform other quick analytics

I would like if there was the ability to bucket rules within a specific widget so we can organize different rules together. It would be awesome to see within product data which, if any, rules are affecting that particular product.

1) The tool is difficult to use and requires a lot of support for professionals to successfully execute analysis 2) I feel the product is bit overpriced than it's competitors. If the UI can be improved than I definitely feel the higher price than competitors is worth it 3) Data security is a concern as it's a cloud based platform. On premises solution implementation is even costlier 4) I won't recommend this solution to small sized companies given the high cost and support needed to implement this.

1. The tool lags during the integration process of different data sources and takes significant time in creating new flows for analyzing the data 2. Its ability to pull data from any sources can also lead to external malware attacks and potential compliance issues 3. The tool requires the user to be highly proficient in order to understand nuances of different process and may require them to reach out to support team for further help

As we deal with a large number of vendors and clients, we were initially looking for a Customer Data Platform that would suite our needs. Through friends in the field I was introduced to Sitecore, a software platform that deals specifically with what we were looking for. This was needed for a quick turnaround, so after a few online meeting with the company, as well as an online demo, we decided to pull the trigger and try this out. They were extremely helpful in getting this up and running for us, price was actually very fair, and it seemed to check off all the boxes we were looking for.
