Sitecore CDP is a compact, strong and widely used data integration tool, also known as Boxever, which provides end to end customer insights solution for all types of businesses. The tool is capable in pulling any size of data from different platform, amalgamate sources together and generate unique record for all the customers. it can combine all the fields together and unify them together, even if certain fields are not present in any source. These unique records can further be used to rollup data at different levels and assign sales target to the team accordingly. It can also be used to analyze customer details and buying trend in the past and help the stakeholders, team leaders to create customer sales package options for the customers and decide the overall team sales goal for the next week, month and quarter. This way, the goals of team is defined accurately and the performance of sales reps can be tracked

Good product to do AB testing and creating the target audience. It helps to track the customer behavior and helps in future decision making. It also generate report and show the winner among the variants. It has really easy interface and simple navigation. It also provide searching functionality to search the tests based on many filters.

As we deal with a large number of vendors and clients, we were initially looking for a Customer Data Platform that would suite our needs. Through friends in the field I was introduced to Sitecore, a software platform that deals specifically with what we were looking for. This was needed for a quick turnaround, so after a few online meeting with the company, as well as an online demo, we decided to pull the trigger and try this out. They were extremely helpful in getting this up and running for us, price was actually very fair, and it seemed to check off all the boxes we were looking for.
