It's very intuitive and easy to navigate with minimal training or experience. SR has a great ability when responding via Outlook, it goes straight to SR, including attachments. This allows a lot of time saved and confusion going back and forth between systems. This also allows the use of Outlook features as SR email and communications is very basic.

Buying a new Global ATS is a critical and expensive decision for any organisation and having started with a long list of 10 suppliers and a range of very different products, including the incumbent, it was critical to choose a new partnership that would be in place to support the strategic aspirations of our business but also of the Resourcing function for at least 5-10 years. As a result it was key to award the contract to a partner who we felt "got us" as an organisation and aligned to our values, culture and ambitions. It was clear from the outset that SmartRecruiters were that partner and this has proven to be the case throughout. From the RFP process, through contracting, inplementation to now 18 months into our partnership we have been extremely pleased with both the product and the support provided.
