Smartsheet

For most users, Smartsheet is very easy to learn and use. For users who want to do more advanced work, there are lots of training videos and a great community group to share ideas. The reporting features are wonderful and create impressive dashboards to share with stakeholders.

Smartsheet has become an essential tool in my workflow, especially for creating dashboards, building forms, and automating processes. The ability to automate our rewards program has been a true game changer. I rely heavily on forms that feed directly into spreadsheets, allowing me to generate reports with formulas and revenue goals while sending dynamic, automated updates to internal teams.

I don't like the new licensing. Before, we could have 'free' users update their project status in the sheets, but now they need a license which we can't afford, so each team has to have one main users to do all the updates.

There is little data validation on the columns. The sheets are too limited for big data sets. Date shuttle is too expensive for what it does.

1. I would like the ability to include images and richer text formatting in the automated notifications. 2. I would like more test space and ideally the option to include an attachment in the automated emails. 3. Improve the process of granting workspace access to others as requiring Admin intervention can slow down the process.
