Asana is a great project tracker with tons of functionality, and a great way to stay on top of team projects and collaborate. Easily see what your team is working on and have clear reporting for project completion quarter over quarter.

I am the Admin of the Bid Management JIRA board. We use it for managing high stake bid pipelines and for automating the bid request process. Jira provides unparalled reliability and custom logic to trigger automated notifications to the right stakeholders. With the configured fields and appropriate filter settings, helps us to track our on hand tasks in the Jira boad without missing any deadlines. It acts as the single source of truth for all Bid Management requests in our organization and the starting point to initate a request. The only downside is a the steep learning curve to customize the logic and workflow for which i need to connect with a technical person for support.

For any type or size of business the main issue that we face is visibility of the work. Be it with the copywriters, media buyers, designers, developers or the external clients, things constantly fly around. We have moved everything including our asser management and campaign tracking to monday and we run it past every week in our weekly meetings. Excellent for collaboration and reporting in my opinion, could be a bit better with pricing but again cant complain as offers better resource planning than other competitors.

Workfront allows for an incredibly deep ability to customize our system for all of our users. The level of insight helps give us information to make nuanced business decisions, and the ability to connect with other Adobe products makes workstreams flow smoothly. It also provides real time reporting on projects and tasks that allows us to know what's truly happening across our system at any given moment.

I use Clickup for content management as part of my social media management positon. This has been an integral and central part of collaboration, organization, and centralizing workflow to help assemble and execute our content calendars.

I have had a great experience using Wrike for our project management system within our department and for use with other campus partners across our university. I think Wrike is excellent from a collaboration standpoint - it's easy to have multiple people involved in a job just by tagging them or adding the project into their folders - and the job itself continues to move forward through various channels from beginning to completion while people join or leave the project. That also helps with workflow automation. I think it's great for data mangement as well - it's easy to organize projects into folders and subfolders and easy to export reports on the projects, as well.

From a marketing work management perspective, Airtable is far more than a spreadsheet, it's a single source of truth. We have only begun to tap into the potential efficiencies that Airtable can bring to our organization. From an intake management standpoint, we have used it to handle creative requests from multiple departments in an efficient manner that streamlined the work being sent to our in-house team.

Our experience with Zoho Marketing Plus has been quite positive. What impressed us most from the start was the ability to manage different marketing actions from a single platform, which helps to have a more comprehensive view of campaigns. It's a tool that offers many features for marketing teams and, in general, has allowed us to centralize processes that we previously managed across different applications.
