The Staffbase platform has solved several concerns of our internal communication. Firstly, it offers a very user-friendly interface which makes it engaging not only for the users but also for the admins and editors of content. The implementation in Teams makes it super easy for our employees to connect and stay connected without the need to re-log in over time. Lastly, being able to download it as a mobile app is also a huge improvement to our overall communication.
Again, not sure what stands out compared to other products. I like that they feel pretty transparent about what their implementation plan is going forward. I like that it's simple to edit and change a page. I like that it's possible to integrate things pretty easy (have not done it much though)
Really simple usability and support in everyday life. Target group-oriented cntent is easy to personlise for an individual communication experience.
At this stage there is nothing that we dislike about it.
Some things are a bit limited, such as not being able to save several custom buttons, limited options in surveys which causes bad user experience, not being able to copy a full page etc. I feel these things are basic for a tool.
The administration is getting more complex over the years because of more features and opportunities. Good: nothing a normal user or editor woudl recognize
