My overall experience with DUO has been great, it provides strong MFA for various components of the network, its easy to deploy and manage, the dashboard UI is very user friendly, its very stable and a good MFA solution. Integrates well with firewalls, VPN, AD and apps. The user experience is very good and it is widely accepted by the users . It aslo acts as sevice provider and Identity provider for other apps and components

The solution delivers strong visibility into identity related activities and helps detect potential threats effectively. Its real-time monitoring capabilities enhance our ability to response to identity based attacks. The interface is well designed and easy to navigate for security teams. Integration with existing security infrastructure has been smooth efficient.

YubiKeys are a god-send due to their ease of setup, use, and security. Any opportunity I get to use a secure key instead of an MFA app I jump on the YubiKey.

Great product, great support. It's the only product I'm aware of that can insert 2fA into any request in Active Directory based on the criteria that you choose. A dedicated account rep is assigned to you to be your one point of contact whenever you need help.

We use it for authentication when accessing work apps/data/networks and it works seamlessly. With Ping Identity Platform we not only protect data but also ensure fast authentication (grant access to authenticated users). The single-sign-on and the MFA works well and boosts security.
