TCS is providing a mix of offshore and onsite SAP Support. In Germany and other European countries TCS does have difficulties in providing resources. They are manly working with contracted freelancers for onsite AMS Support. With this it is soemtimes difficult to keep the resources on bord as long as the duration of the contract.
