AI Assistant, as it helped reducing troubleshooting time and with fact findings.
It quickly isolates and identifies issues to reduce troubleshooting time. It is also critical for companies with a global presence- testing user experience across geographies is easy. The notofications are tailored and the priority issues are tagged as critical. They also have predictive analytics to prevent potential issues before escalation.
End to end visibility, integration with Cisco Ecosystem, New build in AI function
The way how TE determines packet-loss numbers and it doesnt tell me at which hop packet loss happens. This should be an easy activity for TE.
Advanced features required multiple dedicated training rounds for me. Customisation is a challenge- if you want to go beyond the pre-defined templates, it attracts commercials. There are many cases of false alarms- alerts for non-critical issues. Also, there is a reliance on physical probes which adds to operational costs
Pricing and licensing is the downside of this product, mainly.
