Gupshup is an exceptional omni-channel platform that has helped us manage customer interactions across multiple channels. Integration with both web and app has been easy making it easier for us to automate conversations across channels. The dashboard has an easy to understand interface giving helpful insights on automated conversations that has helped us optimize better. Overall experience has been great.

Qualified is definitely an improvement over the previous AI conversation solutions we have used at my organization. I think, in general, it has the flexibility we need to customize interactions and drive engagement with prospects. We leverage Qualified in most of our inbound campaigns. There is definitely room for improvement in how it interprets and suggests content for returning users.
